Here are some more methods that could get your site banned from the search engines:
Keyword stuffing - the practice of inserting bunches of keywords into tags or putting repetitive keywords in web copy, rendering it unreadable to the human eye. It could achieve higher SERPs initially, but it will flag up on the search engine algorithms.
Ready made Web Templates: sometimes called “Adsense ready” or “Adsense compatible.” Manay of them simply contain duplicate content, a big no-no to the serch engines. You can check here for a legitimate Adsense website template
