Do I need a merchant account? I have Paypal, a clickbank affiliate account and I am an affiliate for a number of large companies. At the moment I prefer to keep things simple.

Seminar report - Part 8

Update to my last post on 20 April - Sunday late morning session. By now we are speaking the language of Search Engine Optimisation and SEO services like old hands - well, we are quite old, anyway! We have now progressed to email marketing, an effective tactic in website promotion. The steps in successful email marketing:
- collect, manage and store addresses in mailing lists
- avoid your legitimate mail being labelled as 'spam' (hate that word)
- writing powerful copy that engages the audience, and avoiding the 'spam' filters.
Well, we love writing so that should not be difficult - or should it?
