Weight process

My cousin, who is a nurse, is an adventurous kind of girl. She was one of the first in my acquaintance to go abroad for cosmetic surgery and now she has become a guru on the subject. She is recommending that our overweight cousin should have lap band weight loss surgery carried out. This woman needs to lose at least four stone, and apparently this procedure can help her reach the goal. My cousin says that it is not invasive and is carried out as an outpatient so at least you are not in hospital with the risk of infection. The operation involves putting a sort of band round the stomach (under the skin) to make the stomach smaller, so the person feels full faster. And when they reach their ideal weight the op can be reversed - sounds better than a tummy tuck to me.
