When I want to get an honest opinion on a property or financial matter I usually turn to a good forum to sound out the fellow members. I was pleased to find the South Bay Real Estate section of South Bay Chat recently, because it is another good option for bouncing ideas and opinions. The members there can get information right down to a macro level as the topics are really local. There are personal recommendations of realtors and examples of property that has just become available. I will bookmark this site for my property investment research.
