What will I do differently from now on to make a difference to my business?
1. Monitor where I spend my time
In many corporate workplaces time spent on different projects is logged so that it can be charged out to clients. Sole entrepreneurs need to do the same: I am going to do this for one week, and compare time spent against income generated, to channel my efforts to the areas that are performing financially.
